Croatian Property Management are delighted to announce that it has signed agreements with a number of local agents to provide new owners with a full furnishing and fitting service.
We offer a number of standard packages,bronze silver and gold. Bronze kitchen with appliances and furnishings with accessories inc tv plus a full inventory for a 1 bed apt. Averages $6500 inc fees.
These packages have been standardised and designed to comply with different letting markets to maximise your rental potential, or bespoke if you just wish to keep your apt as your own holiday home. This is an approximate cost as store prices and fx rates fluctuate.
Please note: Where we are delighted to send you a cd of our packages, you must leave at least 12 weeks for ordering to guarantee occupancy dates and no furnishing will be given finish dates during the tourist season.Deliveries are dependent on the stores and cannot be guaranteed by the agent, but you will always be kept updated on progress. For furnishing to be ready for the season last orders on large items must be placed end of March.
