GUEST MANAGEMENT
Prior to start of the tourist season, perform appliance checks to ensure all are in good working order.
- Arranging repairs/replacements where is necessery.
- Pre – season spring clean and garden/communal areas tidy – up
- Meeting & greeting service for your guest in Supetar ,Split Trogir, or on site
- Registration of guests with tourists authorities. Collection of tourist tax at beginning of stay or at end ( indefinite stay ). Payment of tax to tourists authorities.
- Logging of tourists tax trasanction in relevant guest books.
- Collect deposit for Ac controller, Tv controller and damage deposit
- On departure inspect your property,check the inventory for losses and damages. If the letting agent used to rent the property has a contract with the guests to cover this we will liase with the agent for re – imbursement or take it direct from the deposit received.
- Damage control

MEET AND GREET AND CONCIERGE SERVICE
- Provide guests with full directions to the property or Croatian Property Management Office locations
- Register in books
- Liason directly with guest re time of arrival and departure
- On Site meet and greet
- Inventory and deposit control
- Welcome pack of local bread wine cheese and milk. Cupboard filled with basics, tea,coffee, sugar etc
- Toiletries for your guests first few days
- Maid service if required
- Dinner parties catered on site
- Excursions and adventure sports arranged for your guests
- Property Transfers by boat , helicopter, taxi, limo or mini bus
