Arranging of building, contents and liability insurances, through Allianz , Generali or Graewe. We have been awarded an exclusive Vip partnership status with Allianz and Generali , the largest growing insurance company’s  in Croatia

• Croatian Property Management highly recommends the purchase of liability insurance in case of guest/owner accident/injury whilst staying in the property. In its absence

• We can arrange through our group insurance all liability and theft and damage on your behalf

• Payments can be made in own currency and dealt with in 14 days making it Unnecessary to fly out to check property issues.

• Buildings shared and individual ,public liability guest liability etc. All compliant under Croatian law.

• In case of private owners awaiting Land Registry,  or MInistry Approvals, insurance will be applied under  a different scheme to allow  the owner make claims if necessary. We have negotiated a vip group scheme with our providers to allow this facility

• We do not take commissions allowing us greater flexibility in our service to the customer

• Our new comprehensive building insurance quotes are available, however, you need a Building  Association to apply .
  

• We can help you to set up and Association for owners in compliance with Croatian law and Eu standards and covre your building for eventualities that may occur outside your building guarantee period
