Having been involved in purchasing property in the Split area the questions we asked ourselves and were hearing constantly from other owners was "Who would you recommend to look after our property" or "Who will arrange to rent out my property on my behalf". Having spent some time investigating the possibilities there appeared to be no one available in the area to carry out these functions. We recognised that this situation represented both a problem and an opportunity.

Due to our extensive knowledge and experience in the purchasing and researching the letting markets for our properties we have been advising new purchasers on the best areas to purchase investment property. As a result we have now decide to enter this market officially and have acquired an number of off plan properties to sell direct from the developer. We have decided to take this step as we have encountered many rogue traders and as we are a property management company we feel that we know the market potential better than most
We deal only with the developers with whom we have acquired a working relationship.
We have also established strong links with some local agencies and are happy to recommend them as they are manned by qualified real estate agents, this is very rare at the moment
